General Inquiry

Heritage Christian School accepts general inquiries from individuals interested in working at our school. All employees have the following requirements regardless of position:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Able to accept and uphold the Statement of Faith and Christian philosophy of HCS.

  • Agreeable to terms set forth in the HCS Personnel Manual

  • Ability to create an environment in which students feel safe, supported and challenged to engage deeply in meaningful work.

  • Unshakable conviction that all students can learn at a high level.

  • Able to pass Ohio Revised Code required Background Check and drug test.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information regarding students, families and teachers.

  • Maintain a Christian worldview in mind at all times.

  • Maintain a clean, positive, user-friendly, safe classroom.

This school is unique and we love it that way. We consider ourselves a local mission field. We have the distinct privilege of living our faith with our co-workers and sharing it with students. We serve a diverse group of students from age 3 years through 8th grade. Members of the Heritage family are resilient problem-solvers who work hard to meet the holistic needs of students. Believing each student is capable of great things, team members are flexible, experienced with positive support, and skillful in best practices for their areas.
