1. Hire an Administrator to help lead us to a higher level (COMPLETED)
2. Enlist new School Board members to address the future needs of Heritage (COMPLETED)
3. Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to increase enrollment (WORKING)
4. Increase enrollments/retain current students (IN PROGRESS)
5. Facility improvements of current site (IN PROGRESS)
